I aim to resolve all issues remotely where possible however on the occasion that you would prefer on site PC repair I can provide that as well. Small charges advised below and I accept cash, paypal and cheque with thanks.

Remote Support: 10 pound per hour (All you need is access to the internet)

Onsite Call out: 20 pound per hour (only available in Tyne and Wear Area)

Issue Analysis: FREE: If the problem is unknown to you, during the first 10 minutes I will provide diagnosis and advise issue and length of time required to resolve if you are not happy with the time/cost we can leave it there and you will not have to pay anything. I provide the best possible service with a smile. :D
